Section 1: Goals of the Class
Learn the evolving definition of Web 2.0. Create a definition of Teacher 2.0. Explore many applications of Web 2.0 for education. Teach others how to use one of the Web 2.0 applications. Use one of the Web 2.0 tools with your students. The course will involve very little lecturing facilitated by the instructors. Instead, experiential exercises and skill development assignments will be incorporated.

Section 3: Class Project - Due on Your Presentation Night
Choose your topic from a list of popular Web.2.0 tools: Wikis, Blogs, Podcasting, Social Networking, Social Bookmarks, RSS-XML, and YouTube…others? Experience your selected Web 2.0 tool in the classroom by using it with your students.

Each person will demonstrate to our class on your Presentation Night what you did with your students/class. Plan to spend about 5 minutes each for your presentation.
Be prepared to show our class how this tool is used, how they can all get started with it, and your honest assessment of it used in the classroom. This will be done during the assigned Presentation Night.
